If you’re tired of receiving unwanted messages on Messenger, you can move them to spam. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to do it.
First, make sure you have the Messenger app downloaded on your phone. If you don’t, download it from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone). Login to your account or create a new one.
To move a message to spam, open the chat or DM and tap on the sender’s name at the top of the screen. Then, scroll down until you find “Something’s Wrong” or “Select.” If you can’t find it, click on the three dots and select “Report a Technical Problem.” Click on “Other” and type a message that you want to move to spam. Wait for a response from Messenger.
If you don’t want to receive notifications from the chat, you can restrict the user. Scroll down until you see “Restrict.” Click on it and select “See List of Users Without Blocking Them.” This will move the conversation out of your chat list and prevent you from getting notifications. You can unrestrict them at any time.
Moving messages to spam can help you declutter your inbox and prevent unwanted messages from bothering you. Try it out and see how it works for you.
