Are you tired of playing mobile games with touch controls? If you have a PS4 controller and an iPhone with iOS 13 or iPad with iPad OS 13, you can now use your controller to play games on your phone or tablet.
First, make sure you have a Sony DualShock 4 wireless controller. Any model should work, as long as it’s charged. Then, go to your Settings app and turn on Bluetooth. This is where you’ll connect your controller.
Next, hold down the PlayStation button and the Share button on your controller at the same time for about four seconds. The light on your controller should start flashing. On your phone or tablet, you should see the DualShock 4 controller under other devices. Press it and your controller should connect. You’ll know it’s connected if the light on your controller turns pink.
If you want to disconnect your controller, go to your Control Center and select the Bluetooth menu. Hold down where it says DualShock 4 wireless controller and press “disconnect.” This will ensure that your controller doesn’t stay connected.
Finally, if you want to unpair your controller completely, go back to the Bluetooth menu and select “forget this device.”
