If you’re a Peacock subscriber, it’s important to make sure that you know who’s accessing your account. Unauthorized devices and unapproved usage can lead to problems with your plan. Luckily, it’s easy to check which devices are logged in to your Peacock account and to sign out any that shouldn’t be there.
To get started, you’ll need to access your account through a web browser – the TV app has many features disabled. Simply go to Peacocktv.com and log in using your normal account credentials. Once you’re on the home account page, click on the little Peacock icon in the top right-hand corner and select “account.”
From there, click on “devices” to see a list of everything that has ever signed in to your account. Take a moment to scroll through the list and make sure that all the devices listed are legitimate. If anything looks weird or you want to rename a device that you know is correct, you can do so from this page.
If you see anything that looks strange or that you don’t recognize, you have the option to sign out of all devices. Click on “sign out of all” to remove any unauthorized devices. You can also see the most recent login date for each device listed.
Remember, the current device you’re using will be listed as well, so don’t be alarmed if you see multiple devices. As long as you recognize all of them, you’re good to go.
By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your Peacock account is secure and that only authorized devices are accessing your plan.
