Once you’re in the meeting, turn off your video and click “Join now”. To invite others to the meeting, you can copy the information and send it to them or add people directly. Next, click “Present now” on the bottom of the screen.
You have three options for sharing your screen: entire screen, a window, or a Chrome tab. Sharing a window is recommended as it allows you to share just one application that you have open.
