If you are looking to change the passcode on your iPad, it is actually a very basic process that does not take up too much of your time. The first step is to make sure that you know your current passcode. Once you have logged in, head over to your specific settings panel.
Scroll down until you see the “passcode unlock” or “face ID and passcode” option. Click on it and enter your passcode once again. Once you have entered your passcode, you will arrive at a new panel. Scroll down until you see “change passcode” and click on it.
Next, you will be asked to enter your old passcode. Once you have entered your old passcode, you can go ahead and set up your new passcode. If you want to change the length of your password, click on the “passcode options” button. You can change it to a four or six-digit passcode.
Type in your new passcode and click “next.” Enter the new passcode again to confirm it, and then it will be set up. That’s all you need to do.
