How to Archive and Unarchive Your Instagram Posts

Archive a post you've shared on Instagram Tap or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile. Tap the post you'd like to archive. Tap in the top right. Select Archive.

If you’re an avid Instagram user, you may want to keep some of your posts private or hide them from your followers for a while. You can do this by archiving your posts. However, if you change your mind and want to bring them back to your profile, you can always unarchive them. In this article, we’ll show you how to archive and unarchive your Instagram posts.

First things first, to archive and unarchive your Instagram posts, you need to have a business or creator account. To enable this feature, click on the three dots in the top right corner of your profile, open up the settings, click on your account, and scroll down until you see “Switch to Business/Creative Account.” Choose the one that suits you best.

Once you have a business or creator account, you can start archiving your posts. Select the post you want to archive and click on the three dots in the top right corner. From there, click on “Archive,” and your post will disappear from your profile.

To unarchive a post, click on the three lines in the top right corner of your profile, then click on “Archive.” You’ll find all your stories and posts that you’ve archived here. Select the post you want to unarchive by clicking on “Posts” instead of “Stories,” and click on it. Once you click on the post, it will be restored to your profile.

If you want to share an archived post, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the post and click on “Share.” Then, click on “Show on Profile,” and your post will appear on your profile again.

Archiving and unarchiving your Instagram posts is that simple. It’s a great way to keep your profile looking clean and organized, and you can always bring your old posts back if you change your mind.
