If you have a new email address and want to change it on your PSN account, it’s a pretty easy process. Here’s how to do it:
First, go to the Playstation home menu and head to the right until you find the Settings option. Press X on Settings and select Account Management. Under Account Management, choose Account Information. On this screen, select Sign In ID and enter your new email address. Press Confirm and enter your password for security reasons. Once you hit OK, you’ll be signed out and asked to log in with your new info.
Next, log in with your new email address and password. You’ll see a message telling you to verify your email address. To do this, go to your email on any device and click the verification link from Sony. Once you’ve verified your email, go back to your console and select “Already Verified.” You should now be signed in on your new email address!
