How to Turn Off Trending Searches on Samsung Internet

If you’re an Android or iPhone user, you may have noticed trending searches appearing on your Google search page. While some people may find this feature useful, others might prefer to turn it off. If you’re one of those people, you’re in luck because it’s very easy to do. In this post, we’ll explain how to turn off trending searches on Samsung Internet.

Firstly, you need to ensure that you are using the web browser that you use the most. If you do this within Chrome but use Firefox, for example, it won’t work. So, make sure you use the browser that you’re using. Also, make sure you’re on google.com. Refresh the page and then you’ll be able to see all the little things that come up at the bottom.

Now, click on the three dots that are right next to the specific trending search button. This will take you to a pop-up. Click on settings, and that will open up a panel where you need to scroll down until you see the option “autocomplete with trending searches.”

Here, under “show popular searches,” click “do not show popular searches.” This will remove that panel. Scroll down and click save. Your preferences have been saved, and now that specific panel is gone. This means that the trending search option will not be there anymore.

If you want it back, click on the three lines up top, click on search settings, scroll back to where it says “show popular websites,” click save, and it’ll come back.

And that’s it! That’s how you can turn off trending searches on Samsung Internet. If you have any other thoughts or questions, let us know in the comment section below.
