How to Rip Sounds from GameCube Games

If you’re a gamer who likes to create content for platforms like YouTube or Twitch, you may want to add game soundtracks to your videos. In this tutorial, we’ll tell you how you can extract audio from any PC file with a BCK or PCK extension. These types of files usually contain compressed game audio, music, and sounds.

First, you need to download a tool called “Wwise Unpacker”. You can find the download link in the video description. After downloading the tool, extract it to your desktop or wherever you prefer. Once you open the tool, you’ll find several folders that are easy to navigate through. What you need to do is choose the BCK file that you want to extract. For example, if you want to extract music from “Ghost Recon Wildlands”, select the music BCK file and paste it into the game files folder.

To extract the audio in MP3 or OGG format, you need to double-click on either “Unpack_mp3.bat” or “Unpack_ogg.bat”. The tool will extract the audio files for you. Keep in mind that PCK files can contain many files, so it may take a while to extract the audio. Once the tool has finished extracting the audio, you’ll see a tornado picture. The tool will then ask if you want to delete the BCK files from the game files folder. You can choose yes or no, depending on your preference.

Finally, you’ll be able to listen to all the audio files that you extracted. You can use any media player that you like. One downside is that you won’t know the names of the tracks. However, you can still listen to all the game soundtracks that you wanted to add to your content.
