How to Report a Discord Server

Discord is a popular chat platform for online communities and gaming. However, sometimes you may come across a server that violates Discord’s terms of service and needs to be reported. In this quick tutorial, we’ll show you how to report a Discord server in a few simple steps.

First, make sure that you have turned on developer mode in Discord. To do this, open your Discord account, click on user settings, then click on advanced. Once there, you can turn on developer mode and close the window.

Next, right-click on the server that you want to report and click on “Copy ID.” If you haven’t turned on developer mode, you won’t be able to find this option.

Open a new tab and go to supportsupport.discord.com. Click on “Submit a request,” then select “Trust and Safety.” Here you’ll be asked to put in your email address and select “Report” as the option for “How can we help?”

You’ll then be prompted to select the type of report you want to make. Choose the appropriate option, then give a subject and paste the copied link into the description. You can also attach anything related to the report.

If you want to report the server owner or a specific message, you can also copy their ID and paste it into the appropriate field.

Once you’re done, click on “Submit.” It’s that simple! If you have any questions, feel free to post them in the comments section.

Remember, Discord takes reports seriously and will investigate any reported servers. By reporting servers that violate the platform’s guidelines, you’re helping to create a safer and more respectful community.
