Do you ever get tired of waking up to the same old alarm sound every morning? Well, you’re in luck! You can easily turn any video sound into your alarm or ringtone using just your phone. In this article, we will guide you through the entire process.
First, find the video sound you want to use. You can either use a video file or a video that’s already on the internet. For example, if you’re using TikTok, you can find popular sounds on the account called “Transcribed Sounds.”
Once you have the video sound you want to use, head to the Kapwing Convert Tool to convert the video to an MP3 file. You can either upload your file if you have it saved to your device or paste the URL if the video is from the internet. Click “MP3” and then “Create.” In just a few moments, your video should be done, and your sound is ready to be downloaded.
Next, transfer the sound to your ringtones and alarm sounds. To do this, use GarageBand, an app that should be automatically on your iPhone. Create a new project and click the audio recorder. Then, click the looping icon and hit “Files” to browse items from the files app. Find the sound you saved today and drag it into the project.
You’ll notice that the maximum amount of time you can have for a ringtone or an alarm is 30 seconds. Make sure to increase the length to 30 seconds. You can trim or split the sound to make it fit. Once you’re satisfied with your sound, save it as your ringtone or alarm by clicking the down arrow and choosing “My Songs.” Rename it to make it more recognizable, or click “Share” and choose “Ringtone.”
Finally, head back to your alarm and edit the alarm you want to use. Go to “Sound,” and the sound you just made should show up under “Ringtones.” You can also use it as your ringtone in your settings.
