Welcome to another easy Minecraft tutorial! Today, we’re going to learn how to make the awkward potion, which is essential for crafting most of the other potions in the game.
To start, we need to head to the Nether to gather some ingredients. Be careful because the Nether is a dangerous place, so make sure you wear armor.
Once you arrive, find a fortress about 300 blocks away and get ready to face the blaze. You’ll need to defeat them to get a blaze rod, which is essential for powering your brewing stand.
Next, find the special room in the fortress with stairs going up in the middle and nether wart with soul sand on each side. Gather all the soul sand and nether wart you can find because you don’t want to keep going back to the Nether every time you need more.
Now that we have our ingredients, it’s time to make the awkward potion. Fill three glass bottles with water and put them in the brewing stand, along with the nether wart and some blaze powder as fuel. After 20 seconds, you’ll have your awkward potion.
While the awkward potion won’t do anything on its own, it’s the basis for many other potions in Minecraft. Add different ingredients to create various effects, such as the invisibility potion, which has already been requested by one of our viewers.
