To get started, you will need to have a decently sized house, as well as a crafting table. The first step is to add a front door, which can be created by using wooden planks to craft a wooden door. Place the door from the outside for a more realistic look.
Next, we will move on to creating windows. To do this, you will need to gather some sand, which can be smelted in a furnace to create glass. To create a furnace, use the same crafting method as the door, but with cobblestone instead of wood. Place coal in the furnace to create the heat needed to smelt the sand into glass.
While the glass is smelting, you can break down a few walls to create space for the windows. Once the glass is ready, place it into the gaps in the walls to create windows.
Lastly, we will create a chest to store your equipment. Using the same crafting method as the furnace, but with wood instead of cobblestone, you can create a chest to store your items. Place it next to your single chest to create a double chest.
