Before we begin, it’s important to note that you need a homebrew 3DS with the FBI application. If you don’t have these, you won’t be able to follow this tutorial.
Okay, let’s get started. First, turn off your 3DS and take out the SD card. With the SD card out of the system, put it in your computer. Once you’re on your computer, open your web browser and click on the link below to download a game.
