How to Flip Camera on FaceTime iOS 15

If you’ve ever struggled with the front-facing camera always flipping, then you know how annoying it can be. Fortunately, Apple has added a new feature in iOS 14 that allows you to flip the front-facing camera for selfies and videos with a simple setting.

To get started, open your camera application and flip it to the front-facing camera. Once you take a picture, you’ll notice that the camera is on the right and your hand is on the left. This mirroring feature has been missing from iOS for a long time, but it’s now available in the settings application.

To enable this feature, go to the camera section in the settings application, and find the “mirror front camera” setting. Once you enable this feature, your selfies and videos will no longer be mirrored.

If you have older photos or videos that are already mirrored, you can still flip them using the edit function. Just tap the option to flip the photo or video, and you’re good to go.

It’s hard to believe that it took Apple this long to add this feature, but we’re glad that it’s finally here. With the mirror front camera setting enabled, you’ll be able to take selfies and videos without worrying about them being mirrored.
