Sharing your photos on Flickr is a great way to get more visibility for your work. Flickr offers several ways to share your content, such as galleries, group discussions, and more. In this blog post, we will look at how to share your content within Flickr and externally, on social media or with a select group of people.
To share an image directly in a comment, go to Flickr’s galleries page and click on the gallery where members are asked to share their photos in the comments. Scroll down to the comments section and add your photo by pasting the photo URL link in the comments between square brackets.
To post an image within a group discussion, go to the Flickr social group and find the discussion where members are asked to post photos. Post your photo in the comments by pasting the link between square brackets.
If you want to share your photo on social media, click on the share icon at the bottom right of the screen and copy the short link or click on one of the social icons to post the photo directly.
To share a link to a photo or an album with a selected group of people, go to your albums page and click on the share icon. Select the “all photos public and private” option from the drop-down menu to create a special link called a guest pass. Share the link with your selected group of people, and they will be able to see all the photos, including the private ones.
By following these steps, you can easily share your content on Flickr and get more visibility for your work.
