If you’re using Outlook 2013, you may have noticed that all the emails you haven’t read yet are highlighted in blue by default. While this may work for some, it can be a little off-putting for others. Fortunately, you can change the color of unread messages and make them appear in black instead.
To begin, click on the “View” tab and select “View settings.” From there, click on “Conditional formatting,” and you’ll see that the first selection, “Unread messages,” is highlighted. If you want to change the font color, click on the “Font” button, choose “Black” from the drop-down menu under “Color,” and then click “OK” three times to apply the changes.
You can also apply this view to all of your folders by clicking on “Change view” and selecting “Apply current view to other mail folders.” This will bring up a list of your folders, and you can place checkmarks in the box next to the folder you’d like to apply this view to.
If you have emails from specific senders that you want to appear in a different color, you can find more information in online tutorials. And if you have any questions, you can email info at get turner time.com.
