If you have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and you live in the United States, you may have noticed that you don’t have the option to switch to 4G, 3G, or 2G networks. It simply says “auto connect” or “manually connect.” This is because your network carrier has blocked these options. Therefore, you are forced to stay on 5G.
But don’t worry! You don’t need to root your phone to make the switch. All you need to do is go to the Play Store and type in “Samsung Band Selection.” Install the app and open it up. Launch the band selection, and it will bring up all the different bands. Select “LTE All,” and it will say “success.” This will force the LTE, and then go back into settings, connections, and mobile networks. You will see that it has switched from 5G to LTE only.
It’s that simple, guys! If it helped you out, give this method a thumbs up. Share this post with others who may be struggling with the same issue. And if you’re not subscribed already, hit that subscribe button for more helpful tips and tricks.
