If you are using a Google or Gmail account and have a calendar associated with different kinds of events that you want to sync to the default calendar app on your iPhone, it is pretty quick and easy to do so. In this article, we will show you how to sync your Google calendar on your iPhone.
Firstly, go to settings and scroll down until you find calendar, which is right under contacts. Click on calendar and then hit accounts. You will want to add the Google account that you want to import or sync the calendar from, so hit ‘add account’ and then select Google. Use your email address associated with your Google account and password to sign in.
Once you have signed in, go to your Google account, and you will see mail contacts, calendars, and notes. Right next to calendars, toggle that on if it is not already on. This will import or sync all of your Google calendar events and everything to your iPhone and to the calendar on your iPhone.
It is important to keep in mind that it might not be toggled on the calendar app, so open the calendar app, and at the very bottom center, tap on calendars. Towards the bottom, you will see Gmail, so make sure that all of these Gmail are toggled on. If they are turned off, they won’t show up on your default calendar, so ensure they are all toggled on and then hit done.
