It all started with an idea from former Apple Chief Retail Officer Ron Johnson recommending to Steve Jobs the idea of an Apple Genius Bar – a group of concierge-style support team available to customers in retail stores free of charge. But, if you’re looking to gain experience, you can easily transition yourself and work your way up to become an elite genius with a starting salary of approximately $70,000. Discounts are also a plus, with some saying 50% off Apple watches and $500 off Macs.
