How Long Does It Take for Earbuds to Charge?

Welcome back to our channel! Today’s post is all about how to properly charge your wireless earbuds. Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Understand Earbuds Charging and Charging Case

Most earbuds come with a charging case. Both devices can be charged. To know the charging case battery indicator, remove the earbuds out of its tray. Now check the light indicator under the case to see if the battery is full or low. This is usually indicated by four small lights. If you want to check the earbuds battery itself, put the earbuds back in this tray. Now look at the two indicating lights which are on the left and the right.

Step 2: Choose the Right Charger or Charging Source

Before charging, we need to have a basic understanding of how to get a compatible charger or charging source based on the requirements of each earphones. Look for the input info on your charging case and follow this formula to choose the right charger: What equals to voltage multiplied by Ampere. For example, my charging case shows 5 voltage and 276 milliamperes. Now, 276 milliamperes equals to 0.276 amperes and follow the above formula. So, we’ve got What’s equals to 5 multiplies by 0.276 equals to 1.38 Watts. Now we need to find a charger with these watts. However, sometimes it’s really hard to find a truly compatible one since most charges are high in watts.

Step 3: Choose the Way to Charge Your Earbuds

There are two ways to charge your earbuds with this charging case. Either you’re gonna charge the earbuds in the charge engaged connected directly with a USB cable or charge the earbuds with the charging case itself. If you prefer the former way, then use a comparable charging cable, plug it into a USB port on the charging case. Now if you prefer the latter way, then just make sure your charging case battery is full. Next, put the earbuds in its tray and close the lid. This will make the earbuds be charged automatically right in the case.

Step 4: Fully Charge the Charging Case

You can imagine that charge engages like a teeny power bank for your earbuds, but it’s really powerful. For example, as for this Infinity Swing 350 truly wireless earbuds can store up to 24 hours of battery use, including 6 hours used from the earbuds and up to 18 hours per hour store from the charging case itself. So to charge the case, just either remove the earbuds, then plug the USB charger and put earbuds on. Then both of them will be simultaneously charged.
