If you’re having trouble accessing certain websites or features, it might be because your browser cookies are not enabled. In this blog post, we’ll walk you through the steps to enable cookies in settings on Google Chrome.
First, open your Google Chrome browser and click on the three dots at the top right corner of the window. From the dropdown menu, select “Settings.”
Next, click on “Privacy and Security” on the left-hand side of the screen. Under this section, you’ll see options for “Clear browsing data” and “Cookies and other site data.” Click on “Cookies and other site data.”
Here, you’ll find several options for cookie settings. You can choose to “Allow all cookies,” “Block third-party cookies in incognito,” “Block third-party cookies,” or “Block all cookies” (which is not recommended). We suggest selecting “Block third-party cookies in incognito.”
Additionally, make sure that the option to “Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows” is turned off. By default, this option is turned off.
If you’re not seeing these options on your Google Chrome browser, you may need to update your browser. Click on “About Chrome” and your browser will automatically update. Once updated, close and reopen the browser and go back to “Privacy and Security” to check that your browser is up to date.
