If you’re having trouble syncing your Fitbit time with the actual time, don’t worry – you’re not alone. The good news is, there are a few ways to fix this issue. In this post, we’ll cover two methods to help you change the time and date on your Fitbit.
Method 1:
First, make sure your Bluetooth is on and connected to your Fitbit. Then, go into your Fitbit app. It might take a moment to sync, so be patient. Once you’re in the app, hit “Settings” in the top right corner, then go to “Advanced Settings.” Here, you’ll see your time zone. If you’ve unchecked “Set Automatically,” your time zone will need to be manually adjusted. Find your time zone and select it, or hit “Set Automatically,” and your tracker will sync to the correct time zone after your next sync.
Method 2:
If the first method didn’t work for you, don’t worry – there’s another option. Go to “Advanced Settings” in your Fitbit app and uncheck “Set Automatically.” Then, go into your time zones. Let’s say your tracker says 7:14, but it’s actually 5:14 where you are. Find a time zone that’s two hours behind you. In this example, the Pacific time zone would work. Go back to your tracker, hit “Sync,” and wait for it to finish syncing. After syncing, your tracker will display the correct time.
If neither of these methods work for you, feel free to comment below, and we’ll do our best to help you out. Hopefully, this post has helped you change the time and date on your Fitbit. For more helpful tips, be sure to stay tuned!
