Have you ever unfriended someone on Facebook, but they still seem to be popping up in your newsfeed or suggested friends list? It can be frustrating to think that you’ve removed someone from your social media circle, only to have them continue to show up. Luckily, Trevor has a solution that he shares in his quick and easy tutorial.
First, open up Facebook and tap on the three lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down and select “Settings and Privacy”, then tap on “Settings”. From there, scroll down to “Activity Log” and double-tap to open. This will give you a list of all your past activity on Facebook.
To filter this list to only show the people you’ve removed or unfriended, tap on the filter icon in the top left corner and select “Categories”. From there, select “Connections” and then “Removed Friends”. This will give you a long list of all the people you’ve removed as friends on Facebook.
If you want to delete the event of removing them as a friend, simply tap on the three dots next to their name and select “View”. Tap on it again, and then select “Delete”. Otherwise, you can peruse the list and see who you’ve unfriended in the past year.
No more wondering why that person you unfriended keeps showing up – now you can easily see everyone you’ve removed as a friend on Facebook. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below.
