If you are an avid Instagram user, you might want to check on your comments history from time to time. Unfortunately, Instagram doesn’t make it easy for you to view all your comments in one place. However, there are a few workarounds you can try.
Firstly, you can tap on the little heart icon and scroll through the notifications. While this won’t show you all the comments you’ve made on posts, it will show you the posts that you have commented on and the comments that have received replies or likes.
Secondly, you can tap on the profile icon and then the three lines at the top right to go into settings, and then tap on “Posts You’ve Liked”. This will show you a list of all the posts you’ve liked on Instagram. Since you’ve probably liked a post if you’ve commented on it, you might be able to find the posts you’ve commented on in this list.
Lastly, you can tap on the profile icon and scroll down to “Security”. Tap on “Download Data” and follow the prompts to request your data. This will include all your comment history on Instagram.
Unfortunately, this method won’t let you delete comments directly. You will have to use the first or second method to locate the comments and delete them manually.
