If you’re having trouble receiving B Real notifications on your mobile device, you’ve come to the right place. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through some simple fixes to get your notifications up and running again.
Firstly, open up your mobile device settings and search for B Real. Once you find the application in the app list, tap it to open it. From there, you can allow necessary access to the application from your mobile device. Tap on the notifications option and make sure that the toggle button right next to “allow notifications” is turned on.
If that doesn’t work, try opening your B Real app, logging into your account and tapping on your profile picture. Click on the three dots at the top right-hand corner, then tap on “help” at the bottom. Tap “contact us” and then select “become better tester” option. Tap on “download beta version” at the bottom. If you’re using an iPhone, you’ll need to install Test Flight first in order to become a beta tester.
If none of these fixes work, you can simply uninstall the B Real application from your mobile device. Tap and hold the app from the app drawer and tap on “remove app” from the pop-up displayed.
