Valentine’s Day is almost here, and if you want to send a special message to your loved ones via Facebook, this tutorial is for you. In this quick guide, we’ll show you how to send messages from a Facebook page using the Meta Business Suite.
Before we start, keep in mind that you have to use this new Meta Business Suite inbox tool to send messages from your Facebook page, whether you have the classic Facebook page or the new Facebook page experience.
To get started, you can directly go to business.facebook.com or open up your Facebook page. If you have a classic Facebook page, click on the inbox button. If you have the new Facebook page experience, click on the Meta Business Suite link. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to add the Facebook page to this Master Business Suite to send messages from your Facebook page.
Once you have added the Facebook page, click on the inbox tab, and you will see various tabs, including Messenger, which is where you can send Facebook messages. Type your message and click on the send button. You can also attach files, post a sticker, or even create appointments for your business.
You can also manage the conversation, add labels and notes, and get more information about the Facebook user who sent you the message. You can delete the conversation, mark it as unread, move it to done or follow up.
