To get started, open your Facebook app and find the reels on your feed. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select “not interested” or “hide this post from me.” But this method can be time-consuming, and the reels may reappear on your feed eventually.
Instead of going through each reel, click on the menu in the bottom right corner of the app. Scroll down and select “help and support,” then choose “reports a problem.” Search for “reels” and select it as the feature.
In the text box, write a message to Facebook requesting to remove reels from your feed. You can write something simple like “Please remove reels from my Facebook feed. I am not interested in them.” Click on “send” in the top right corner to submit your report.
It may take a few business days for Facebook to process your request, but hopefully, after that, the reels will disappear from your feed.
