If you’ve ever wanted to display your iPhone or iPad screen on a big screen like a projector, the good news is that it’s quite easy to do so. In this guide, we’ll show you how to mirror your iPhone to a Samsung Freestyle projector using AirPlay.
Before we begin, keep in mind that both your projector and Apple device need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for this to work.
First, make sure that the built-in AirPlay on your projector is turned on. To do this, click on the home button on your remote, go to the left pane, and scroll down to where it says “menu.” From there, go to “settings” and click on “all settings.” Scroll down to “connection” and click on “airplane settings.” Make sure that the AirPlay option is turned on.
Next, grab your iPhone or iPad and go to the control center. For newer iPhones (8 and above), swipe down from the top right-hand side. For older iPhones or iPads with a physical home button, slide up from the bottom. Tap on “screen mirroring” or the two TV icons.
Now, look for your Samsung Freestyle projector in the list of available devices and tap on it. If it’s your first time connecting, it will ask for a four-digit code that should be displayed on the projector. Once you enter the code, your device should connect to the projector and display your screen.
To disconnect, simply go back to the control center, tap on the Samsung Freestyle projector, and tap on “stop mirroring.”
And that’s it! With this guide, you can now easily display your iPhone or iPad screen on a projector using AirPlay. If you have any questions or issues, feel free to comment below. Good luck!
