Are you tired of seeing the same old homepage every time you open your browser? Why not make the switch to Symbaloo and streamline your online experience? In just a few easy steps, you can set Symbaloo as your homepage and enjoy the benefits of integrated search and Webmixes.
To get started, head to the bottom of the Symbaloo homepage and click on “Set as my homepage” in the bottom left corner. A pop-up will appear with two options: “Symbaloo Homepage and Search” and “Symbaloo Bookmarker”. For now, we’ll focus on “Symbaloo Homepage and Search”.
Depending on your browser, you may need to download the Symbaloo extension. If you’re using Chrome, simply click on the Chrome icon under “Symbaloo Homepage and Search” and follow the prompts to add the extension to your browser.
Once you’ve added the extension, opening a new tab in your browser should now direct you to symbaloo.com. You may receive a warning message from your browser asking if you want to keep Symbaloo as your homepage – simply click “Keep it” to save your new homepage.
In addition to your new homepage, your new browser tabs will also include Symbaloo Search. Powered by Google, Symbaloo Search provides great search results with integrated Symbaloo features like adding results directly to your Webmixes. For example, if you search for “Canva”, you can add the main Canva link directly to your Webmix by clicking on “Add to Symbaloo”.
