How to Make HDD Default: Change Location for Saving Files in Windows

Does your PC or tablet have a small C Drive that’s constantly running out of space? It can be frustrating when you have to delete files or uninstall apps just to free up some space. Fortunately, you can change the location for saving your files, including personal files and apps, to another hard drive or plug-in SSD.

To get started, go to Settings and click on System. From there, go to Storage and select the drive where you want to save your files.
