How to Log Exercise in Noom from Apple Watch

Are you using Noom to track your daily calorie intake and exercise routine, but unsure how to log your exercise from your Apple Watch? Look no further! In this quick tutorial, we’ll guide you through the process step-by-step.

First, take a look at the top of your Noom app screen. You’ll see the total number of calories you’ve consumed for the day, as well as a bar that displays the range of calories you should be aiming for. This bar also shows you how many calories you have left to consume for the day.

To log your exercise, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “Do More.” Then, click “Log Exercise.” From there, you can choose the type of exercise you did and the duration. Noom gets really specific with some exercises, so you can even choose “hula hooping” as an option!

For this tutorial, we’ll use weightlifting as an example. Click on the weightlifting option, input the duration of your workout (e.g., 45 minutes), and choose the intensity level (e.g., medium).

Once you hit “Save,” Noom will recalculate the number of calories you have available for the day, taking into account the calories you burned during your workout. You’ll get half of the calories you burned credited back into your daily available count.

And that’s it! You’ve successfully logged your exercise on Noom from your Apple Watch. If you want more tips and tricks on weight loss and healthy living, be sure to check out Fresh Start Fat Loss at freshstartfatloss.com.
