If you own an Apple Watch, you know how convenient it is to have all your health and fitness data right on your wrist. However, over time, you may accumulate a lot of workout data that you no longer need or want to keep. In this blog post, we’ll show you how to delete workouts on your Apple Watch through the Health app on your iPhone.
First, open the Health app on your iPhone. You can find it by searching for “Health” in the app drawer or by asking Siri to open it for you. Once you’re in the app, head over to the Browse tab on the bottom right and search for “workout.” Click on the widget that says “Workouts” to access your workout data.
Next, scroll down to find where it says “Data Sources & Access.” Click on it, and you’ll see a list of all the devices that have recorded your workout data. If you’ve had multiple Apple Watches in the past, like the speaker in the video, you’ll see a list of all the watches connected to your Apple ID. Click on the watch that you want to delete workouts from.
Once you’ve selected the watch, you’ll see a list of all the workouts recorded on that device. To delete a specific workout, click on the “Edit” button in the top right corner and then swipe left on the workout you want to delete. Click on the red “Delete” button that appears, and then choose whether you want to delete the workout only or the workout and all associated data. Click “Delete Workout Only” to remove the workout from your Health app.
That’s it! Repeat these steps to delete any other workouts you want to remove from your Apple Watch. With these simple steps, you can keep your Health app organized and clutter-free, making it easier to track your progress towards your fitness goals.
