If you have a pair of Bose headphones and want to connect them to your Samsung Smart TV, you’re in luck. In this guide, we’ll show you how to pair your Bose headphones to your TV. This method should work with other Bose headphones as well.
First, you’ll need to navigate to the settings on your Samsung Smart TV. You can do this by clicking the settings button on your remote, which may be labeled as “settings” or have a gear icon. Alternatively, you can navigate directly from the TV to the settings.
Once you’re in the settings, go down to “sound output.” From there, move over to the right, where you’ll see that the current sound output is to your TV speakers. We need to change this to your Bose headphones via Bluetooth.
To do this, click on “sound output,” then put your Bose headphones into pairing mode. For the QC45 headphones, turn them off first, then turn them on. Wait until they turn solid blue, then press and hold the button on the right until the light blinks blue.
Next, go down to “speaker list” on your TV and click “OK.” Your TV will now search for any Bluetooth devices in pairing mode. Once your Bose headphones appear, click “OK” again, then click “pair and connect.”
Your Bose headphones should now be connected to your Samsung Smart TV. You can turn on your Netflix or another streaming app device, and you’ll be able to increase and decrease the volume using the volume rockers. If you want to switch from “awareness mode” to “quiet mode,” simply tap the button on your headphones.
