If you’re looking to cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription or turn off auto-renew for your PlayStation Plus on PS4, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it.
First, go to your PlayStation 4 and click on the Settings option on the right-hand side. Once you’re on Settings, click on Account Management, and then click on Account Information.
On the Account Information screen, go down to Manager Subscriptions and click on it. You’ll see your PlayStation Plus subscription listed here. Click on it, and then go over to the left and select Cancel Subscription.
After selecting Cancel Subscription, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page where you can confirm the cancellation. Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll have the option to provide feedback on why you’re canceling your membership. Choose any option you’d like, and then press x to cancel your subscription.
If you change your mind and want to renew your subscription at any time, just press Back and it’ll take you back to the previous screen.
