To begin, refer to your Flash Wireless confirmation email and locate your six-digit lock code. You may need this code to complete the activation of your phone.
Next, power on your phone and open the dialer. Press star, pound, star, pound, followed by 72786, and then press pound, star, pound, star again. Enter your lock code and touch “OK”. Your phone will restart. It should restart automatically, but if it doesn’t, manually restart your phone.
