If you’ve decided that Amazon Kids Plus is not for your child anymore, cancelling the subscription is an easy process. You can do it from your phone in a few simple steps. Here’s how.
First, open your browser and go to amazon.com. Sign in to your account. Once you’re signed in, tap on your name at the top of the page to open the account menu. Scroll down until you see “Memberships and Subscriptions” and tap on it.
Under “Memberships and Subscriptions,” you’ll see your Amazon Kids Plus subscription. Tap on “Cancel Subscription” to proceed with cancelling it. You’ll be asked to provide a reason for cancelling, choose the most appropriate one from the options provided.
After selecting the reason, tap on “Continue to Cancel” to proceed. You’ll receive a message apologizing that you’re not satisfied with your subscription. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on “Continue to Cancel” again.
Amazon will then try to offer you more promotion deals, but if you’re sure you want to cancel, scroll down until you see “Cancel My Subscription” and select it. You’ll be asked to confirm the cancellation, and once you do, your Amazon Kids Plus subscription will be cancelled.
