In today’s tutorial, we will show you how to add or change a network connection on your Chromebook device. It’s a pretty straightforward process, guys, so let’s get started.
First, select the clock icon located at the bottom right corner of your taskbar and left-click on it. Then, select the setting gear icon and left-click on it. From there, select the settings on the left side and make sure it’s set to network.
The first thing that comes up should say “network” and then the type of network it is. If you want to add a connection, click on the little box underneath it and then click on the little plus arrow in a circle under that.
At this point, you need to enter your server hostname as well as the provider types. You click the drop-down here, and you would either have an L2TP with either a pre-shared key or user certificate key. Then, username, password, and OTP would be entered in the credential and certificate information.
If you have other networks showing up, you can select them. Otherwise, follow the steps above to add a connection. It’s a pretty straightforward process.
